The restaurant/bar Jay's was a fixture in the Vandalia community. I actually only ate there once, it was pretty good, but my mom got food poisioning..anyway...
I'm not sure why they closed it down and I'm not sure what is going to be put in its location but I know a lot of people really liked it.
That's kind of sad that they tore down Jay's. I think I ate there only 1 time too (maybe that's why :) lol) but it was just a "part" of Van.
